Hello

This is Pachi's output:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\GoGui>pachi
Random seed: 1337088823
Loaded spatial dictionary of 1064482 patterns.
Loaded 3003959 pattern-probability pairs."

and it doesn't allow me to write any instruction, the cursor keeps blinking

Windows Task Manager shows that the process is using 606456K of memory and
0% CPU.
