I've left it runnig for a while, stopped now around 1000 games:
. 1019 0.576 0.015 19--45.5-1-gnugo10-pm-32e02-_300-playout=moggy,threads=4
. 971 0.582 0.016 19--45.5-1-gnugo10-pm-febab-_300-playout=moggy,threads=4
So they seem statistically equivalent, as expected.
